The Centurion Dominant Contact DC200 Shield is a technical shield for dynamic rucking and high ball simulation. It is constructed from heavy duty PVC covers with foam inners, designed to absorb maximum impact. The two legs and arms of the DC200 help to promote precision and simulate every possible outcome in the contact. The DC200 has the added advantage of assisting the coach with "live" or "contested" high ball practice.
The DC200 Shield is suitable for:
- Clearing techniques
- Counter-rucking
- Low body angle conditioning
